Welcome to Kiqo! By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Only parents/teachers 18+ may create accounts. Children cannot sign up directly.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information.
Use only for educational purposes.
Do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
Teacher/Parent-Uploaded Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of uploaded content.
License: By uploading, you grant Kiqo a limited license to host and process content solely for lesson delivery to connected child accounts. Content may be processed by Kiqo’s large language model but will not be shared outside your account.
Content Standards: Uploads must not violate law, infringe IP, contain harmful/obscene material, malware, or unnecessary personal data.
Moderation: Kiqo may remove or restrict content at its discretion.
Liability: Uploaders are solely responsible. Kiqo disclaims liability for user uploads.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under Delaware law. You waive jury trial and class action rights.
Additional Protections
Limitation of Liability: Capped at $100 or the amount paid in the past 12 months (whichever is greater).
Disclaimer of Warranties: Services provided “as is” and “as available.”
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Kiqo for claims from misuse.
Force Majeure: Kiqo is not liable for events beyond its control.
Severability & Waiver: Invalid clauses do not affect remaining terms.
Reservation of Rights: Kiqo may update or discontinue features.
DMCA/Content Takedown: Copyright complaints may be sent to support@kiqo.ai.
